Qualifications
for membership
Members
must be a Rotarian, Rotaractor, or spouse in
good standing, have an interest in malaria
elimination, and pay the annual dues of US$20 or
lifetime membership of US$ to be determined.
Election
of officers
New
officers will be elected in November, for a
three year term, to take office on the following
July 1st. Ballots
will be mailed to all members in good standing,
and a majority vote of the members is necessary
to be elected.
Dues
US
$20 will be used to cover costs of mail for the
roster, and annual ballots, and for
administrative costs to produce these items.
Dues are due July 1st, and members not paying by
August 31st will be dropped from
membership.
Annual
Report
An
annual report will be made available
electronically each September by the new
officers, including the current roster of
members, a calendar of events or activities, and
any other pertinent information.
Amendments
Any
member may propose a change to these rules. The
officers will review the proposed change, and
submit a recommendation to the membership. A
majority vote of the membership is necessary to
change these rules.
